There are three adult siblings in Bradville, England who are fighting over their late mother's will.  When the mother died in 2009, she left about $190,000 to her two daughters.  But she cut her son completely out of the will two years earlier.

--The son, Peter Burgess, and one of his sisters, Libby Burgess, say that their mother lacked the mental capacity to make those changes.  And they say their other sister, Julia Hawes, pressured their mother to cut Peter out.

--So, Peter and Libby sued Julia.  And they've been going back and forth in the courts ever since.

--And, in the process, they've blown EVEN MORE THAN THE INHERITANCE in legal fees.

--This week, the appeals judge hearing the case said, quote, "There's going to be nothing left in the estate."

--The courts are still deciding on what's going to happen to the inheritance.
