A news anchor in Ireland named Aengus Mac Grianna apparently has a tendency to mess up on the air.  There's a montage on YouTube of some of his best bloopers.  And his latest one was pretty good too.

--It's not clear if it was his fault or not, but when they came back from commercial, he was in the middle of fixing his make-up and messing with his tie.

--Then eventually someone told him through his earpiece that he was on live TV, and he looked terrified.  (--Search for "RTE Newsreader Blooper . . . Again!"  It cuts to him at :09, and he realizes he's live at :20.)
