Rafael A. Perez was a real estate agent with a problem: His commercials were too serious. So he found his inner Nas and delivered this, the Real Estate Agent Rap. It's fire.

On Saturday night, 27-year-old Eduard Alexander Kovynev and his cousin, 26-year-old Eduard Petrovich Kovynev went to a discount movie theater in Duluth, Georgia . . . and decided to go FULL-ON PERVERT.

They went into the men's bathroom, lifted themselves up through a ceiling tile, crawled over to the women's bathroom . . . and watched women do their business underneath them.

There was only one problem.  The ceiling wasn't constructed to hold the weight of two deviants . . . and they ended up CRASHING THROUGH to the ground.

They were arrested for criminal damage to property, public drunkenness, and "Peeping Tom."  Yes, in Georgia, they actually name the crime "Peeping Tom."

There's no word on what movie was showing.

A video shot near Minneapolis of a phenomenon called "chandeliering" is big online.  Chandeliering happens when the ice on top of a lake starts to melt, breaks into shards, and accumulates on shore.

It basically looks and sounds like broken glass being pushed into a big pile.  (Search for "Strange Ice 'chandeliering' Phenomena Caught on Tape."  The original video is at Kare11.com.)

The Columbus Crew's soccer match against D.C. United was delayed for about an hour on Saturday . . . after the stadium's SCOREBOARD caught fire.

There's footage of it online, and the fire department is still trying to figure out what caused it.  Luckily no one was hurt.  (If you care, Columbus ended up winning the game 3 to 0.)
