I have been working for C101 for 2 1/2 years. The tattoo that I have is on my chest (Joe from AXIS).
It represents my life. It is a heart (life) that has a banner that says" Kuddle " (my nickname) on it.
A rose with thorns wrapped around the heart (beauty and being pricked). The thorns created blood.
The heart is engulfed in flames (represents being burned in life). This was my very first tattoo.
I got it when I was 21 years old. I drew it myself when I was 18. I couldn't be more proud of my tat.
I will always love it. |

These are my 2nd and 3rd tattoos. I have them on my inner wrist.
They truly represent my zodiac sign.
I am a Cancer born July 2nd (if anyone wants to throw me a present! haha).
The one on the left (Bruce from STRANGE HORIZONS) represents "Water",
which Cancer's are a water sign. And the one on the right (James from AXIS)
represents "The Crab", which that is what Cancers are.Together they are my overall sign.
Many people get them confused for my favorite position or my favorite number.
But that is not the case. Believe what you want to believe. |

My name is Brian Venable and I was taken by Jaime Speer to Electra art to get my first tatoo.
Brian (ironically) drew the tatoo to detailed specification as good as, if not better, than artist Kentaro Miura.
The tatoo isn't completely finished yet, but the details of it are as follows:
The entire tatoo represents a symbol of destiny. Taken from the manga 'Berserk' by Kentaro Miura,
the hand represents the Godhand, a set of entities who act on behalf of god. The 'egg' is known
as a Behelit. The behilit is the representation of a key to beckoning the godhand, sort of like rubbing a genie's lamp. Those who possess a
crimson behelit are destined for greatness. I got it for it's significance, and the fact that it just looks awesome.

Well this is my tattoo...it means alot to me...i had a love or a person that twisted me around...and the other meaning is that people confuse love with sex...and this tattoo is located on my pubic area...i got the flames and the heart separate and from different artists...i got it from marilyn manson...that's tattooed on his left rist as the solid black heart...the flames were on a shirt that i bought....so it means to me that "Love is Twisted"...

My name is Amber and my grandfather was very special to me. He retired from Mobil and the logo for Mobil is a Flying Red Horse...when I saw this Pegasus it reminded me of him and I had to get it. I got it at Skin Creations in Kingsville by a very talented artist, Smiley. This is the 2nd one he has done for me, but I have 4 others and want lots more.

Hey what's up here is my tatto done by Davis at Pinnacle Tattoo and Body Piercing! It's a yin yan with the four elements in it, fire, wind, earth, and water. The two dots of the yin yan are my two zodiac signs which are Taurus and Tiger. I decided to get this tatto to bring balance into my life and I got it on my 21st Birthday. It was a grueling 3 hour and 30 minute sit for it but it was worth every penny. I'll be posting more on my 22nd Birthday when I add to it!

-The DNA shows my love of science... technically its zombie DNA its mutated- work by Zach at Axis
-The waves and mako shark teeth are on my left wrist to symbolize my commitment to shark research, there is a tooth over the wrist artery - work by Jason Pool formerly of strange horizons.
- The power button on my neck is my newest tatt... i got it to symbolize my job as a PC tech... i like computers- work by JoJo at Electra Art
-The rocky horror picture show lips are symbolic of me having fun and being crazy =P rocky horror is a tradition in my family- work by Lucas at Electra art

This was my first tat, gotten on a whim after hearing c101 broadcasting from Strange Horizons one morning. I'd had it planned out for awhile, just lacked the nerve to do it. It's basically a reminder to myself not to trust someone just because they have a vagina. Its French, meaning; "Lies kill me, love saves me" around a fluer de lis, in reminder of my Norman heritage.

My tattoo is a portrait of my brother. He was killed by one of his friends who was driving drunk in 2003. Since he passed away he has become by angel.
